You acknowledge that participation in fitness training, calisthenics, strength training, stretching, and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injury; illness; heart-related incidents such as heart attack or stroke; heat stress; sprains; fractures; torn muscles or ligaments; permanent disability; and death. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to exercise within your personal limits, use proper technique, maintain a safe environment, and cease activity immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You are solely responsible for your physical condition and suitability to participate.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The Academy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition.

7. No Guarantee of Results

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific physical or performance results. Outcomes vary based on individual factors including effort, consistency, and health condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Academy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Academy or breach of these Terms.

10. Online Services Disclaimer
